Sales and Marketing Representatives

Well-established homebuilding company is seeking SALES AND MARKETING REPRESENTATIVES who will utilize effective and proven sales processes to build rapport and discover buyer's needs, develop prospects and close sales. 

Requirements will include: 
  1. Staffing model homes as needed including regular weekend work.
  2. Effectively communicating current products and options, financing plans, and community information to prospective customers.
  3. Developing new prospects through a wide variety of prospecting techniques including, but not limited to, direct mail, industrial liaison, telephone solicitation, and, where applicable, visits to realtor's office.
  4. Attending Company-related functions outside of normal model home/sales center business hours.  (e.g., sales meetings, formal and informal training, etc.)
  5. Availability to work evenings and weekends.
Position requires knowledge of sales typically gained through completion of a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or other related field along with at least three years of solid sales experience with new construction home sales experience being highly desirable.  As a sales professional, you will be familiar with the sales fundamentals related to prospecting, sales and closing techniques.  We are seeking tenacious, energetic individuals with the desire to work in a team-oriented environment who possess a high level of customer service and superior networking skills.  Integrity and honesty in dealing with clients are musts. 

Project Manager

We need highly qualified project managers seeking a career - not just a job - with a premier central Virginia homebuilder. Individuals will function as the project manager between subcontractors, homeowners and sales staff.  The ideal individual must be self-motivated, have solid communication skills, and excellent scheduling abilities.  In addition to experience, tenacity and customer service skills are required to be successful in this role.  Ideal candidates must have 3 or more years experience in a residential homebuilding environment.  A college degree is desired, however not required.  Basic computer skills are necessary.  Must be able to lead and follow as required and be able to work in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment.
