- Foundation Footings and foundation walls poured (if applicable).
- Foundation waterproofing completed (if applicable).
- Foundation backfilled (if applicable).
- Underground plumbing installed.
- Basement and garage floor slabs poured (if applicable).
- Homesite rough-graded and ready for framing.

- First and second floors and walls (with sheathing) rough-framed.
- Roof trusses installed.
- Exterior trim, windows and shingles installed.
- Exterior siding and/or masonry facades installed.
- Rough HVAC mechanicals installed.
- Rough plumbing and electrical wiring installed.
- Modern Home Systems wiring installed.

- Insulation installed.
- Drywall installed.
- Internal trim and painting completed.
