At Hauser Homes we view the "Pathway to Your Hauser Home" as an opportunity to provide a Client-based approach to the home purchasing and building process. Our goal is to provide you, our Client, with excellent service, a quality home and establish a relationship that will last a lifetime.

At our Sales Center or at one of our model homes, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with a Hauser Homes Sales and Marketing Representative or one of our Realty Partners. These meetings allow you the opportunity to ask questions, review the various Hauser Homes properties, and choose a community that best meets your needs.

At the model home of your chosen community or with your Sales and Marketing Representative, you can explore and discover the floorplan designs that best suit your lifestyle. Whether it be a Bonus Room above the garage, a grand entry foyer or a gourmet kitchen, no matter the elements that make up your dream home, we will help you decide just what options work for you.

Three weeks after you write your contract, the first of two visits to our Design Center is scheduled. The Hauser Homes Design Center creates a venue for one stop shopping. Samples of hardware, granite, flooring, etc. are at your fingertips to peruse, and its exceptional team of design professionals will assist you every step of the way to customize your home.

Before construction of your new home begins, you will have a Pre-Construction Meeting with the Sales and Marketing Representative, Construction Superintendent and the Client Services Manager to confirm all design selections and properly set expectations for the upcoming months. During the construction of your home, you will meet with the Client Services Manager and the Construction Superintendent two additional times. Once at the mid-point of construction (Pre-Drywall Meeting) and once before the home settles (Pre-Settlement Demonstration). These periodic meetings provide a comfort that the home is being built in a quality manner and assure that any of your potential concerns are addressed.

Once you settle on your new home, the Post Settlement process begins. This step includes four formal opportunities for Hauser Homes to continue to meet and exceed your expectations.
- Seven days after Settlement, the Client Services Manager will call to follow-up and confirm that all is well with your new home.
- Thirty days after settlement, the Client Services Manager will schedule a 60 day review. The Superintendent, trade partners and other resources that may be required for work to be completed on a specific date will be scheduled.
- The six month review will be conducted by the Warranty Manager and resources scheduled by the Client Services Manager.
- The eleven month drywall service will be scheduled by the Client Services Manager and outside trade partners.
