Once you have purchased your Hauser Home, you begin the customization process. Depending on whether your home has begun construction, will determine exactly the type of selections that can be made.

If you are purchasing a home that has not begun construction, you will have the opportunity to fully customize it with our Design Center Coordinator. You will select cabinets, countertops, tile and flooring, plumbing and electrical fixtures, cabinet and door hardware, to list a few.

If your home is already under construction when you purchase it, you still have the opportunity to make customizations for certain features depending on the phase of construction. Please ask your Hauser Homes Sales Professional or the Design Center Coordinator for the selections that are available for your specific circumstance.
