
Hauser Homes prides itself on building homes of the highest quality and only using contractors who share these ideals. The company stands behind its products so much that it offers a one year builder’s warranty covering materials and workmanship.
Once you settle into your new home, the warranty process begins. At anytime, you can contact the Hauser Homes Warranty Manager to address questions or concerns you may have. However, you will also be given four formal opportunities for Hauser Homes to meet and exceed your expectations with periodic home warranty check-ups and reviews.
Seven days after settlement, the Client Services Manager will call the new home-owner to follow-up and confirm that all is well with the new home.
Thirty days after settlement, the Client Services Manager will call again to check on the new home and also schedule the sixty day review.
Next a six month review will be conducted by the Warranty Manager and resources scheduled by the Client Services Manager.
And lastly, an eleven month drywall service check will be scheduled by the Client Services Manager and performed by one of our trade partners.
